Looking for creative things to do this summer? There are some fantastic opportunities for young people to get involved in art, discover new skills, and meet other creative people across Aylesbury and the surrounding area.
🎪 WhizzFizz 2026
WhizzFizzFest is Buckinghamshire Councils annual children's and family festival, packed with creative activities, performances, workshops, and hands-on experiences. It's a great chance for young people to explore the arts, try something new, and be inspired by artists, performers, and makers from across the region.
Travel Palette arts will be running an arts workshop on the 1st of August in Friars Square shopping centre

🎨 Young Artists Workshops
Queens Park Arts Centre, Aylesbury
If you enjoy creating artwork and want to experiment with new techniques, the Young Artists Sessions at Queens Park Arts Centre this summer are a fantastic opportunity.
These practical workshops introduce young artists to a range of printmaking processes, helping you develop your creative skills while producing your own unique artwork.
Travel palette arts will be running printmaking sessions on the 29th of July and the 6th of August.
Suitable for both beginners and those with more experience, the sessions offer a welcoming environment where you can learn, create, and connect with other young artists.
